Starting your day with a digestion beverage before coffee can be a transformative addition to your routine, especially when it comes to gut health. Drinking a warm, digestion-friendly beverage first thing in the morning helps wake up your digestive system and get things going. Whether it’s warm water with lemon, tea, or bone broth, the warmth activates digestive enzymes and relaxes the muscles of your digestive tract.

It’s also crucial to have something in your stomach before your first cup of coffee. Coffee is naturally acidic and can wreak havoc on your digestive lining when consumed on an empty stomach. By preparing your gut with a nourishing beverage, you’re giving it the support it needs to thrive.

Key Tip!!!

Preperation is everything with bone broth!! If you don’t like the flavor of it on its own, heat it up in the microwave with a cube of frozen ginger, turmeric, and a crack of pepper. The Brodo flavors are also SUPER tasty on their own and come in a variety of flavors.
