45. Balance
BALANCE.
Something we are ALL trying to work on but something I have really started to experience this year. Black and white thinking always seems to crop up in life, from food to relationships, and even emotions, it’s so easy to forget that things can co-exist…but the grey can exist anywhere. You can have a smoothie for breakfast and cake for dessert. You can be both anxious about the future and excited for what it could bring. This week I’m trying to put my attention into the grey and less of my energy and time the black and white :)
